My esthetician was noticing that my skin wasn’t absorbing moisture, therefore was in the vicious cycle of being dry, oily, and stressed. There were several no brainers for me in this book, but just as I was about to stop reading, she would say something profound that would make me reevaluate. I’ve streamlined a lot of life, tasks, and chores with the Lazy Genius Way. Definitely worth the read, I just wish it would have been written 20 years ago!
